Suburban Lawn Sprinkler opened its doors in the spring of 1962. The owner was then, and is now, Bill Rose. From day one, the promise of Suburban was to deliver a top quality product and offer the best possible service for that product. For more than 50 years, that promise has been kept. Out of approximately 3000 irrigation systems installed we continue to service over 2900 satisfied customers; a true testimonial to Service at its Best. We offer the best service because first, all our office personnel, male or female, have been trained in the field, actually working on irrigation systems. We find that many of our customer’s small problems can be handled over the phone through a simple explanation by an experienced employee.
Second, we have spent significant resources on communication and GPS enabled vehicles to more efficiently manage our service and installation work. Again, service at its best.
Our product lines comprise the best possible mix of many manufacturers. Toro, Hunter and Rainbird are our principle lines, but many Richdel, Plastiline, Ametek, and other parts are used, always in an effort to deliver the most reliable product at the most economical price.
Most importantly, installation personnel are year-round employees. Unlike other companies who “lay-off” key employees every Fall, Suburban keeps its foremen working. This assures all our customers that only highly skilled and experienced personnel will be at every job.
